Complete the form in full. You will only need to complete the credit applciation part if you wish to apply for a credit facility. Please note you will only be eligible for this if you have a registered company that has been trading for more than one year, and your end of year accounts have been submitted to Companies House.

Please email us your completed form along with a supporting statement about your company and retail setup, along with the brands/products you are interested in.
